On 13 March 2026, members of the FutureGen Young Women Leaders Award joined Career Connect: Personal Branding — An Immersive Workplace Experience with L’Oréal + The Curated Style by GigiLi, a special Reward Experience offered to Award members at the L’Oréal Hong Kong office.

Through sessions on CV and interview skills, beauty and fragrance, and the “Power of Colour,” students explored how personal branding, confidence, and presentation can support future career readiness — while discovering how colour psychology and styling can shape self-expression and first impressions.
