At Pak Nai, 24 girls from The Salvation Army William Booth Secondary School joined a field trip and hands-on habitat management activity supported by The Nature Conservancy Hong Kong.
Through an eco-tour of this ecologically sensitive area, participants explored Pak Naiβs biodiversity and learned more about the species and habitats that make it such an important conservation site.
The day also went beyond observation! Students took part in practical habitat management work, gaining first-hand experience of what conservation looks like on the ground and how individuals can play a role in protecting biodiversity.πͺπ»
Thank you to The Nature Conservancy Hong Kong, our Supporting Organisation, for creating an opportunity for young people to learn from nature by actively caring for it.
