FutureGen Girls
FutureGen Girls aims to close the opportunities gap for young women and teen girls in Hong Kong, particularly in STEM fields, and to better prepare them with digital, leadership and future ready skills to navigate rapidly changing career opportunities in the AI era.
Our signature initiative – The FutureGen Young Women Leaders Award – was launched in 2024. The Award recognises teen girls who have dedicated themselves to realising their full potential through the development of future ready skills and leadership experiences culminating in empowering accomplishments.

As part of its signature youth outreach, the Foundation launched IGNITE18: Jumpstart Your Career — a series of district-wide career and life planning exploration events. Ignite18 aims to inspire and support secondary school students on their career and life planning journeys and strengthen Hong Kong’s future talent pipeline for diverse industries.
Through Ignite18, we aim to strengthen the bridge between education and industry and equip all youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate the future of work.
